Description

This work package aims to guarantee the achievement of all planned activities, and intermediate and final aims of the project according to the deadline, budget, scope, and defined quality . Project management is one of the most important activities of this multidisciplinary project. For this reason, different committees and councils will be formed and the consortium will have a hierarchical structure that ensures effective communication and cooperation. This work package is led by the University of Balamand in Lebanon.
