In December 2021, the University of Granada in Spain will host a comprehensive training session titled "Advancing Innovative Wastewater Treatment Techniques" as part of the SWaTH Project. This one-week training focused on the latest techniques and technologies in wastewater treatment, providing participants with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills.
The training included a series of lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive sessions led by experts in the field. Participants will have the opportunity to delve into advanced wastewater treatment processes, explore innovative technologies, and discuss best practices for managing and mitigating environmental impacts.
In addition to the in-depth training sessions, the mobility program featured three external visits to key facilities: San Cecilio Clinical University Hospital (HUSC), UGR's Center for Scientific Instrumentation (CIC), and Emasagra South Biofactory.
This capacity-building mobility to Granada is expected to be a significant opportunity for participants to enhance their expertise, exchange knowledge with peers, and explore practical applications of advanced wastewater treatment technologies.
