MOU Signature

A memorandum of understanding, or MOU, is a nonbinding agreement that states each party's intentions to take action, conduct a business transaction, or form a new partnership. After countless work hours, an MOU will be signed at the University of La Rochelle in France. It will be in the presence of the Vice President of Internationalization and Engagement and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering of UOB - Professor. Rami Abboud and SWaTH Coordinator - Dr. Makram Bachawati from UOB, the president of ULR - Jean-Marc Ogier, head of the international office at ULR - Stephane Aymard, and other figures from both universities.
